Where did the cue disappear?

Hiding the cue tip in hand like magic

Although it looks astounding to beginning pool players, the cuestick hides in the bridge hand on its own.

During this force follow shot, I have pulled the cuestick back and without consciously intending to, gone far enough back that the cue's tip has hidden in the recesses of my left hand.

This long, flowing motion will be yours, if you relax your hold on the cue and move smoothly, flowingly. Study the classic pool stroke for more on this flowing motion.
