While this does not qualify as a "basic" pool or billiards technique, it represents a masterful Straight Pool play by Efren "The Magician" Reyes.
Efren Bata Reyes does it again. Look at this incredible bank shot on the 3-ball into Pocket A before he breaks open the Straight Pool rack on the same stroke going around the table and back into the pack. If it seems the ball may not be struck easily from the given, challenging cue ball position, remember, the diagram is not to scale.
