Wrap

Definition: A section of material wound around part of the butt (on the cuesticks that have them in place). Wraps were invented to combat the problem of losing one’s control of the cue stick when the shooting hand became perspired.
Examples:
A wrap provides for a firm, comfortable grip with the shooting hand.
