One of the coolest uses for money at the pool hall has nothing to do with gambling for your pool tip shape. Check out this tip for your cue stick's tip!

You may want to rub a pool tip occasionally with some type of chamois or shammy, to darken its color and harden it so it won't mushroom easily. Paper money is quite effective for this purpose!

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: One minute

Here's How:

  1. You are about to exhibit "cool pool" as you dress your cue stick's cool pool tip:

  2. Remove your gorgeous wonder from its beautiful cue case.

  3. Assemble the cue then casually but suavely lick your thumb and first two fingers, the way a cowboy flicks his tongue across his cigarette rolling paper. Wet the tip's sides with your moistened fingers.

  4. Wrap the bill around the tip, where the black ink is, and rub the sides briskly for about five seconds. Lift the cue high in the air for all to see your handiwork. Don't let anyone view the denomination of the bill if you use less than a twenty!
