I have hit the shot quite fast

Rise and shine!

I have come fully into the force of the shot, my body rising with the effort. Again, unlike the classic pool stroke used so often, I am intentioning to add the movement of all my body to the shot to give the cue ball as much spin and speed as I can master.

Beginners, who often have trouble keeping the body "quiet" during the regular stroke, love the force draw shot for the chance to lash out. Remember, it is controlled speed, not force, that creates the "force" draw, although you use a stronger, tighter grip than usual.
