Mini Tables

Cheap Ploy

Steer clear of smaller pool tables

Smaller sizes, 3½’ x 7' or even 3' x 6', are cheap tables now selling in department stores and wholesale outlets. Far too small to offer a true test of skill, (though it is challenging to shoot on this often crummy and cheaply fashioned equipment) these are toys for young children only.

Manufacturers have too often hastily entered the scaled down pool table market. You can expect disappointment from these tables. Often far from level, the wooden substitute replacement for a sheet-rock slate can warp or crack easily. Stay away from supermarkets and buy your table from a real pool hall or specialty showroom.

Still want to pay bottom dollar? Build a table from wood for yourself!
