Lock Safe

Definition: A lock safe is a fully secure defensive play. The opponent has "no chance" to respond (what seems like no chance to respond, but as Willie Mosconi famously said, "There is always a possible shot!").
Examples:
Mike "Captain Hook" Sigel is known for playing lock safes, crippling his opponents.
