Definition: Generally, spin that makes a ball roll “forward” after impact, spin cycling the ball around its horizontal axis.
Also Known As: Follow Spin, Top, Topspin
Examples:
Striking the ball with follow is not necessary on many shots, as a center ball stroke will automatically create follow, given time and the friction action of the table’s cloth.
