Draw

Definition: To hit a cue ball with draw spin. “I drew the ball a country mile.” “I hit it with a ton of draw.” The term derives from the way a ball is drawn backwards after impact.
Examples:
A skilled player may draw the cue ball backwards a distance of two table lengths after impact with the object ball.
