Definition: A simple, innovative device, which holds a custom cue or two upright, snug along the outside rail of a pool table. Care must be taken not to jostle the cues loose from the table with an errant swing of an arm, however. A floor rack may be preferred.
Examples:
Porches Pete always carried a clip holder, which he left at the poolroom as a courtesy--after cleaning out all in attendance of the contents of their wallets.
