I played pool for living in US states in 1990′s. Didn’t know the truth back then sadly. It cost me a car and other bundles of money.
I would bet however much money l could get that l could convince any ‘group’ of any sort that the ghost ball (plus some more) method is the way to go. Particularly a physiologist and psychologist.
The other method works but because of increased complexity will not take you into the zone as easily as the ghost ball (plus some more) method.
This ‘realisation’ applies also to golf and other sports.
Quite simply, ‘that’ feeling every single shot.
There’s a reason it ‘feels’ right, and it’s repeatable with ease.
