My Billiards Club Does This One

I am a member of a number of billiards clubs, and a favorite features this item as an ongoing opportunity to win a few bucks with ease, and for very little buy-in ($1 US). This sort of game is fine and fun for your favorite billiards lounge, nightclub, perhaps even your favorite pool or billiards online game with the right organization. (Or should I say "enforcement" and not "organization" as cash is involved – remember gambling is variously permitted or prohibited based on local laws and regulations?)
