The Stance Secret Revealed

Monday April 23, 2007
Online today is an all-time top tip for improving your pool game. I estimate less than 1 in 100 pool players stands to the table accurately.

Most beginners err by placing their head over the shot to start. Most pool instructors err by suggesting you instead put your cue on line then crane your head over the cue without the in-between "straight down" step I suggest.

Try my method and give some feedback as comments? Is this changing your game for the better or for worse? My pool students at my clinics adore this stance technique correction. Once they go all three routes, wrong, wrong then right, I "catch them" standing accurately to the table and making shot after shot in the pockets the next time I see them play. Enjoy!
